  • Custom-Manufactured Playgrounds – Designed and built at our Langley, BC facility.
  • Modular Playgrounds – Prefabricated modules shipped supply-only across North America.
  • Wesco Soft Play Accessories – Manufactured by Wesco, distributed by Atomic Playgrounds as an authorized dealer.

Product availability, lead times, and colours are subject to change based on production schedules, material availability, and manufacturer timelines.
Atomic Playgrounds reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product line without prior notice.

All prices are quoted in CAD for Canadian customers and USD for U.S. customers unless otherwise stated.

4. Quotations and Orders

Any request for quotation submitted through our website is not a binding agreement.
Formal pricing, shipping, and installation details are confirmed in a written proposal or purchase order issued by Atomic Playgrounds.
Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation from Atomic Playgrounds and are governed by our Terms of Sale (see separate page).

5. Third-Party Products (Wesco)

Atomic Playgrounds sells and distributes certain products manufactured by Wesco and other third-party suppliers.
For these items:

  • Atomic Playgrounds facilitates quoting, payment, and freight coordination.
  • All warranties, product certifications, and after-sale service are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
  • Lead times and colour choices are subject to Wesco’s current production schedule.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Copy or scrape website content or data;
  • Submit false or misleading information;
  • Use the contact forms for spam or solicitation;
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website; or
  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or scripts.
